A Passion For Papertrey - Dotty Challenge

This is for the A Passion For Papertrey Challenge.  I used the Polka Dots Basics Two stamp set for this dotty challenge.  I love this background stamp--when I have this set out I tend to use it on everything around me.
The image is from an old CTMH stamp - it's one of my favorites.  Instead of copics I decided to color this one with colored pencils--old school style ;).  You can't really tell from the pictures but the pencils had some sheen in them so her dress came out with a little bit of a shine.  This is going to be one of those cards that I put in my "just can't part with" collection.
Hope you like it!

Stamps: CTMH (Can't think of the stamp); PTI (Polka Dots Basics Two)
Paper: PTI (Kraft); CTMH (Cocoa and White Daisy)
Ink: CTMH (Cocoa and Black)

Hey Buckaroo!!

I made this card for four challenges...
First I used Kazan's fabulous sketch #59...
I did the Wild Wild West theme for the JUGS challenge...
The colors are from the Play Date Cafe challenge #42 (using dark brown, green & beige)...
And finally for the Pile It On Challenge (5 cutouts)...
I usually don't do so many challenges for one card so this definitely was a challenge so I kept it pretty simple...
Hope you like it....

Live In Sunshine - Embellish Color/Quirky, Cutesy, Clean Challenge (2nd Post For Today)

This is for the Embellish Color/Quirky, Cutesy, Clean Challenge!
I have to say, I'm in love with these colors!!!  They look so good together.

I absolutely love how this card came out--the colors, the stamps, the rain--everything!
I stamped the background with PTI's Guidelines Two Stamp Set.  Then stamped some images from one of my favorite CTMH stamp sets called Dream Big.
What a sweet sympathy card this would make...or a get well soon card...or a just because card...or..well, you get the drift.
I tried to stick to the colors as much as I could.
Hope you like it!!

H2H Challenge - 19

This is a fun little card that I made for the H2H Challenge.
I cut out a card using white cardstock (A2) then adhered it with some patterned paper.  Used the corner rounders on the sides.
Put stripes of coordinating paper on the left cutting each layer with my fiskars scissors.  Stamped out the sentiments on some white cardstock.  Matted a couple of the sayings and then popped the rest.  Added a glitter dot on the "This Way to Fun" and tied some ribbon on the side.  This is the first time that I used this set and I had a lot of fun with it.

Cardstock: CTMH (White Daisy)
Patterned Paper: CTMH (Boom Di Ada Collection)
Stamps: CTMH (Ticket To Ride)
Ink: CTMH (Hollyhock & Olive)
Ribbon: CTMH

Simple Mother's Day Card

A simple Mother's Day Card.
This is probably one of the simplest and cleanest cards I've made recently.
I cut an A2 card and punched the front corners of the card.
I used my cricut to cut out the middle tags.  Stamped Happy Mother's Day in Cranberry Ink, ran the edges through the ink and popped them on my card.  I then added some ribbon and a couple of red crystal stickers...

Supplies:
Cardstock: CTMH (White Daisy)
Stamps: CTMH (A Little Everything)
Ink: CTMH (Cranberry)
Ribbon: PTI
Crystals: CTMH
Other: Cricut-Storybook Cartridge and Edge Punch.

Autumn Blessings...A Passion For PTI Challenge

This is for the A Passion for PTI Challenge - Long & Tall Cards.
It's definitely not as cute as Aimes' card but...it'll have to do....

I picked the First Fruits Stamp set from PTI...I love this stamp set.
It's actually a pretty versatile stamp set, but since Fall is almost upon us I thought a fall card would be appropriate.

I made a long & tall card using white cardstock, covered it with some paper I got from Costco (yes, Costco!) and then added some cocoa cardstock.  I punched the cocoa cardstock with a MS punch.  I embossed the middle image in gold, sponged some ink on it and then stamped the string in Cocoa.  I wrapped the patterned paper with some twine and then added the middle image with some pop-up tape.

Hope you like it!

Supplies:
Cardstock: CTMH (White Daisy & Cocoa)
Patterned Paper: Costco
Stamps: PTI (First Fruits)
Ink: CTMH (Cocoa)
Other: Embossing Powder and punch - MS; Twine - PTI; Pop-Up Tape - 3M

Hey There...

Another quick, simple card using some of this paper again - I have to figure out what it is - and one of my favorite stamp sets from PTI.  I added some brown sheer ribbon a cute button and it was done.  Let me tell you about the ribbon - another expo find - I absolutely love, love this ribbon shop.  The owner just owns a ribbon shop and now he comes to the scrapbooking expos cause ribbon is so popular.  But he has the most fabulous ribbons at the best prices...I go crazy at his booth. Thank god I'm not going to the expo this year-this is the booth that always breaks the bank for me!

A2 card.
Cardstock: CTMH (Tulip and White Daisy)
Patterned Paper: I got this out of a bin at one of the expos and I can't ever remember the name of it!
Stamps: PTI (Big & Bold Wishes)
Ribbon: Expo
Other:  Button - PTI; Twine - PTI

H2H Challenge - Tags - Frost Card

This card is for the H2H Challenge re: Tags!

I loved the way this card turned out. It has one of my favorite quotes on it and is a great card for a graduation, new job/career, etc...

The little tags are all made from one stamp image from the Annotations set which was a stamp of the month a while back.  I cut it from the bottom to create different tag lengths, then I added some buttons and waxy flax to the tops--you can write some inspirational notes--cute huh?

Cardstock: CTMH (Cocoa)
Stamps: CTMH (Tags-Annotations stamp set and sentiment--I can't remember!)
Patterned Paper: Michaels
Ink: CTMH
Ribbon & Waxy Flax: CTMH
Buttons: CTMH & PTI
